Financial Information

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We offer financing through Care Credit www.carecredit.com and Chase Health Advance www.chasehealthadvance.com. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

While most insurance companies pay within 30 days, you will receive a monthly statement as long as there is a balance due, even if insurance is still pending. While we assist you with your insurance claims, any balance not paid within 60 days will become your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Our Financial Coordinator Jean is always available to answer your questions.
