Meet Dr. Martin Zidron
Martin J. Zidron, D.D.S
Dr. Martin Zidron graduated with honors from St. Mary’s College, in Minnesota, before attending Loyola University Dental School. While there, Dr. Zidron participated in the clinical honors program in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He continued his training at Loyola through a four year residency in Oral Surgery, culminating as Chief Resident. Upon completion of this program, Dr. Zidron was invited to join the Oral Surgery faculty and was a part time clinical instructor for ten years.
Dr. Zidron is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is an active member of the American Association of Anesthesia, Illinois Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the ADA and the CDS. He is on staff at Good Shepherd Hospital.
Dr. Zidron is a Board Certified Oral Surgeon
Dr. Zidron’s professional interests include all areas of patient care, but have concentrated recent continuing education experiences in aesthetic implant procedures. This includes new techniques and materials for bone grafting and implant placement.
He resides in the Barrington area with his three sons and two dogs. When not in the office, Dr. Zidron restores antique British cars, actively maintains his gardens, and reads history extensively, especially the American Civil War.
