Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express and Personal Checks. The will be 3.5% fee when using credit cards or debit cards

Payment is due at the time of treatment and all fees are your responsibility, regardless of your insurance plan. Our surgery keeps track of your insurance claims, however, if your insurance coverage changes, please inform us so that we have the correct information on file.

We are willing to work with you and have a variety of financing options available to you, such as arranging loans through Lending Club + Care Credit.
