• Pay up front with cash or cashiers check and receive a 5% discount. (Note: We do not accept personal checks.)
• Credit Card: Always accepted.  We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

• Lending Club Financing

Payment Due

Payment is due at the time of treatment and all fees are your responsibility, regardless of your insurance plan. Our office keeps track of your insurance claims, however, if your insurance coverage changes, please inform us so that we have the correct information on file.

We are willing to work with you and have a variety of financing options available to you, such as arranging loans through Lending Club + Care Credit.
